1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Setvane's website, dashboard, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Setvane provides SaaS tools for launching, managing, and billing for your own products. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; Setvane does not store your full payment card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change with notice. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your request.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or
• Process transactions for goods or services prohibited by our payment processor's terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to Setvane, our other users, or our payment processing partners. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setvane will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Setvane is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
